Could you be the person who helps a child finally understand something they've been struggling with?
Tradewind Recruitment is looking to connect with enthusiastic individuals interested in working as a Primary Learning Support Assistant in Warrington, supporting children throughout their primary education.
Not every child learns at the same pace. Some need a little extra encouragement, others benefit from lessons being explained differently, and many simply need someone who can help build their confidence.
That's where a great Learning Support Assistant can make all the difference.
Working as a Primary Learning Support Assistant in Warrington, you could support pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, helping them engage with classroom activities and develop the skills they need to succeed.
What could your day involve?
Supporting children with reading, writing and mathematics

Encouraging independence and positive attitudes towards learning
Helping teachers maintain an inclusive and productive classroom
Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
Who would suit this opportunity?
We'd love to hear from experienced Teaching Assistants, graduates considering a career in teaching, and individuals with relevant experience working with children.
You'll need to be patient, approachable and genuinely interested in helping young people develop.
Previous primary school experience is desirable, alongside an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
