We are seeking a Primary ECT who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or will obtain it by September
Demonstrates enthusiasm and commitment to teaching and learning
Has a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and effective pedagogy
Shows resilience, creativity, and adaptability in the classroom
Is dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environmentThe Role:
As the Primary ECT for the KS1 class, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the needs of all learners
Assess and track student progress, providing targeted support and intervention as needed
Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive classroom culture
Engage with parents and caregivers to support student learning and well-being
