The Role: We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic ECT to join a dedicated team and take charge of a Year 1 class. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified teacher looking to kickstart their career in a supportive and dynamic school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs of all students in the Year 1 class.
Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active learning and pupil engagement.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure all pupils reach their full potential.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support the holistic development of students.

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be on track to obtain it by September 2024.
