GSL Education is looking for a dedicated Primary Early Career Teacher to support primary school children in Newcastle.
Job Summary: The role of a primary early career teacher is multifaceted, encompassing responsibilities related to teaching, classroom management, student assessment, professional development, and collaboration with colleagues and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of our students.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student growth and development.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to enhance student outcomes.
Actively participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the school’s continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Hold or be working towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
Demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
Show creativity in lesson planning and delivery, making learning engaging and accessible for all students.
Willingness to reflect on your practice and seek continuous improvement.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
