As a Primary Cover Supervisor, you will:
Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
Maintain a positive, safe and engaging classroom environment.
Support pupils' learning and behaviour throughout the school day.
Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff.
Adapt confidently to different school settings and year groups.
Follow all school policies and safeguarding procedures.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
Previous experience working with children in a school or similar educational setting.
A BA Hons Degree, Cache or NVQ Level 3 qualification, or relevant education-related qualification is desirable.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
An Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one.
A commitment to safeguarding and completing annual safeguarding training.
The right to work in the UK.
