???? Role Overview: As a Primary Classroom Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

✨ Assisting with classroom activities and projects

✨ Providing one-on-one support to students as needed

✨ Helping to manage classroom behavior and promoting a positive atmosphere

✨ Collaborating with teachers to create engaging lesson plans

✨ Supporting students with special needs and adapting activities accordingly

✨ Contributing to a safe and nurturing school environment

A qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning is desirable (Level 2 or Level 3)
Enhanced DBS Certficate or the willingness to process one
Experience supporting children within a classroom environment
