Are you an experienced pricing professional who enjoys turning data and insight into commercial decisions?

We're looking for a Pricing Controller to help shape pricing and promotional strategy across a large, fast-moving wholesale business.

This is a high-impact role with genuine influence over pricing, promotions, margin and commercial performance. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across Category, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and IT, helping build a more sophisticated, data-led approach to pricing.

Why this role?

You'll have the opportunity to make a visible difference across pricing strategy and execution, improving promotional effectiveness and the way the business uses data to make commercial decisions.

You'll work across areas including elasticity modelling, promotional ROI, pricing measurement and systems, while also leading and developing a team of Pricing Analysts.

What you'll be doing

Shape pricing and promotional strategy across the business.
Partner with senior stakeholders to turn insight into action.
Improve pricing, promotional and margin measurement.
Develop stronger approaches to elasticity modelling and pricing analytics.
Work with Data & Analytics, BI, IT and Supply Chain to improve pricing tools and processes.
Represent Pricing in senior trading and strategic discussions.
Lead continuous improvement across pricing.
Coach and develop Pricing Analysts.What you'll bring

You'll have 7+ years' experience in pricing, commercial analytics or a similar discipline, ideally within retail, FMCG/CPG or another commercially focused environment.

You'll combine strong analytical skills with commercial judgement and be confident influencing senior stakeholders and challenging the status quo.

A degree or postgraduate qualification in Maths, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science or another quantitative discipline would be advantageous.

Most importantly, you'll enjoy turning complex data into clear commercial decisions and measurable results.
