Top Recruit are working with a leading global business travel management company that is looking for a commercially focused Pricing Specialist / Analyst to join its Finance team, supporting major bids, tenders and contract renewals across the UK and Europe.
This is a key role working closely with Sales, Commercial, Finance and Operations, developing pricing models that balance competitiveness, profitability and client requirements.
You’ll support tenders, bids and contract renewals, developing pricing models that balance competitiveness, profitability and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain pricing and financial models for tenders and RFPs.
Analyse client travel data, costs, volumes and margins.
Work closely with Sales, Commercial, Finance and Operations teams.
Provide scenario and sensitivity analysis to support pricing decisions.
Develop ROI models demonstrating client savings and value.
Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
Review post-contract profitability and improve pricing models.
Present pricing recommendations to senior stakeholders.
About You
Experience in pricing, commercial finance or financial analysis.
Strong financial modelling skills and advanced Excel ability.
Experience supporting tenders, bids or commercial proposals.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail.
Commercially minded with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
Confident communicating with senior stakeholders.
Desirable: Experience within corporate travel, logistics, professional services or another B2B/service-led environment. Knowledge of TMCs, GDS data or airline/hotel contracting would be advantageous.
