Our client based in Skipton is looking for an experienced pricing administrator, with an in-depth understanding of Excel, pricing, and data management to join their team.

If you have excellent communication and organisation skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we would like to hear from you.

Below is a description of typical duties but it is not exclusive.

Main Purpose of Job includes:

* Liaise with suppliers and ensure products are supplied at the right price.

* Upload data on to an internal system.

* Maintain existing, manage & upload new product information and prices onto the system

* Streamline communication from multiple mediums by placing them on to one system.

* Respond to and resolve inbound enquiries, liaising with colleagues as required.

* Adjust & manage stock discrepancies.

* Work with other team members on setting purchase data.

* Identify and correct product errors between company branches.

* Assist in random stock data entry, annual stock data entry and audit checks.

* Support the sales, buying and purchases ledger teams as necessary.

The successful candidate will confidently be able to demonstrate the following essential skills:

* Ability to work & communicate within a team.

* Microsoft Excel at an advanced level

* Experience using windows-based ERP systems.

* To have experience in handling high volumes of product data

* Be analytical with close attention to detail.

* Experience of Trade or Retail pricing, mark-up, and margins

* To be able to prioritise tasks and organise own time and workload.

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.

This position is open to working flexibly within our core hours of 7.30am-5.00pm, working 30 – 43.75 hours per week.
