Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:30am – 4:45pm

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Press Operative to join a growing manufacturing business based in Alcester.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous manufacturing or production experience who is looking for a long-term role with the opportunity to become permanent.

You will be working as part of a busy production team, operating press machinery and supporting the manufacturing process while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

* Operating press machinery safely and efficiently

* Loading and unloading materials and components

* Following production instructions and processes

* Checking finished products to ensure they meet quality standards

* Maintaining a clean and organised working area

* Meeting production targets and deadlines

* Following all health and safety procedures

* Working as part of a team to ensure smooth production

Person Specification

* Previous manufacturing, production or press operating experience is advantageous

* A practical and hands-on approach

* Good attention to detail

* Reliable and punctual

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

* Good communication and teamwork skills

* Willingness to learn and develop within the role

Hours & Pay

* Monday to Thursday

* 6:30am – 4:45pm

* £13.50 per hour

* Overtime opportunities may be available

* Temporary to permanent opportunity following a successful period

* Immediate interviews available
