Location: Nottingham
Salary: £14.00–£16.00 per hour
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
We are looking for an experienced Press Brake Setter to join our growing manufacturing team. You'll be responsible for setting and operating CNC press brakes, producing high-quality folded components to engineering drawings while maintaining excellent quality, safety and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Set and operate CNC press brake machines.
*
Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
*
Select tooling and adjust machine settings for each job.
*
Produce components to tight tolerances and carry out quality inspections.
*
Use measuring equipment including verniers, rulers and angle gauges.
*
Work to production schedules and achieve output targets.
*
Report machine faults and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
Requirements:
*
Previous experience setting and operating CNC press brakes.
*
Ability to read engineering drawings.
*
Experience selecting tooling and adjusting machine settings.
*
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
*
Good understanding of fabrication and sheet metal processes.
*
Experience with Amada, Bystronic or Trumpf machinery is advantageous.
