Description:
Job Title: Prep Room Supervisor
Location: Downham Market
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, starting at 6.30AM until work is complete for the day (between 2pm-5pm)
Responsibilities:
Administrative and Operational Management: Participate in the administrative and operational management of the prep room unit(s) and area(s) assigned.
Leadership: Ensure the supervision of the Prep room and everything is in order.
Quality Control: Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Inventory Management: Manage inventory, including stock control and delivery coordination.
Assisting: With the lifting and moving of vegetable sacks, preparing and monitoring the conveyor belt.
Staff Training and Supervision: Train and supervise staff members.Requirements:
Experience: Management experience is required.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of safety regulations.
Strong computer skills.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
