Premises officer:
* As part of Estates Team, you will undertake a broad range of responsibilities, including planned and reactive maintenance work (such as decorating, plumbing, emergency repairs), securing the building and carrying out security checks and ensuring the premises, furniture, fittings and grounds are maintained to a high standard. You will also complete general manual handling tasks, including setting up rooms for meetings or events, removing waste from the building and ensuring building entrances and steps are clear and tidy.
* We are ideally looking for someone experienced in building, trades or premises works with recognised experience, training or qualifications. However, if you have some experience and a willingness to learn there is the opportunity to be supported in completing an apprenticeship related to the job – more information available.
