Fawkes and Reece are currently supporting an exceptional regional main contractor who are looking to appoint a preconstruction manager for their Essex and Suffolk region.
The business has been established for 100+ years and hold an enviable reputation across the UK based on successful project delivery as well as having exceptional relationships with their client base, sub-contractors as well as having a high level of staff retention. While the business has proven to be successful across a wide variety of sectors, they are currently focused heavily on the education and commercial sector
Requirements for the Preconstruction Manager role
Experience working in a pre-construction related role
Experience in the commercial or education sector (ideally)
