Working Hours:
* 40–45 hours per week (includes breaks and home prep time).
* Shifts are scheduled between 08:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday.

The Role
You will lead an energetic Pre-School room working alongside a supportive team of four practitioners. Your focus will be on delivering a warm, engaging, and high-quality early years environment where children learn mostly through games and play.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the day-to-day operations of the Pre-School room.
* Maintain a safe, nurturing, and fun environment.
* Mentor and support your team of practitioners.
* Help plan activities and learning experiences
* Complete natural development observations and regular assessments.
Requirements:
* Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare.
* Previous experience as a Room Leader within a UK Early Years setting.
* Full, unrestricted Right to Work in the UK.
* Kind, caring, highly organised, reliable, and passionate about mentoring colleagues and shaping young minds.
