What You Will Be Doing: As a Pre-Construction Project Manager, you will be a crucial part of the preconstruction team, contributing to securing new projects and ensuring high-quality bid submissions. You will lead and collaborate on tender processes, focusing on constructability, programme development, and quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage bid submissions, identifying win themes and client drivers.
Develop and produce tender stage construction programmes using ASTA Powerproject.
Support estimators with construction methodology and programme development.
Write, review, and edit bid responses for PQQ, tender, and framework submissions.
Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to gather data and evidence for bid content.
Provide early pre-construction planning phase deliverables, supporting the operations team in project transitions. Key Accountabilities:
Identify opportunities to enhance margin through design and methodology solutions.
Produce NEC Clause 31 compliant construction programmes.
Ensure high-quality and timely bid submissions.
Support operational teams with pre-construction planning and resource management.
