Pre-Construction Manager - Civil Engineering
We are looking for a successful Pre-Construction Manager to manage major bids ranging in value from £5 - 30 million in the Civil Engineering sector.
The successful candidate will be required to manage key bids plus oversee a team of existing bid Managers, Bid Writers and Proposals Coordinators. You will also be expected to develop, plan and challenge methodologies and programs. Also demonstrate experience of managing design inputs in to bids. Also from a marketing input be able to develop USPs to help win bids.
Ideally you will have 10 - 15 years experience in the civil engineering sector, and preferably some experience within Pre-Construction and have experience with wide ranging clients and projects having developed great partnering and sub contractor relationships.
