Title: Preconstruction & Marketing Assistant
Location: Torquay, South Devon
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Role: Regional construction company is looking to bolster their pre-construction department with a preconstruction and marketing assistant to work alongside an established work winning team. This is a part-time role working 3-4 days a week based in the company’s offices near Torquay.
Pre-Con & Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:
Receive, register, and upload all PQQ & Tender documentation to server.
Develop all bid response documents.
Manage and monitor ongoing PQQ and tender information received.
Ensure that PQQ's and tenders are submitted on time in required format.
Assist with the production of post tender presentations/interviews.
Develop and maintain a library of bid information inc CV's, case studies, capability documents and method statements.
Continually seek to improve PQQ and tender submission templates.
Update CRM databases with all relevant project information.
Deliver regular reports on engagement, data and trends.
Coordinate relevant and consistent email campaigns.
Support Business Development with content generation for press releases, marketing collateral, website and social media.
Initiates and coordinates post-contract photography/media posts.
Identifies & coordinates relevant awards submissions and promotions within trade magazines.
Develop and issue internal newsletters/updates.
Pre-Con & Marketing Assistant Skill Set Requirements
Is proficient in IT, in particular MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, InDesign and Photoshop.
Demonstrates excellent verbal, written and numerical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects
