Job Title: Pre-Commissioning Engineer
Location: Bromley, Greater London
Salary/Benefits: £28k - £45k + Training & Benefits
A highly respected name within Commissioning / Pre-Commissioning industry, with a strong presence across the South of England. Our client has a diverse range of client contracts, including: commercial, industrial and manufacturing premises. Due to recently winning new contracts, they are seeking a Pre-Commissioning Engineer to provide support to existing teams and ensure clients receive a high level of service. This is a fantastic company who invest in their staff, to upskill and implement further development. You will be travelling across: Bromley, Sidcup, Croydon, Orpington, Sevenoaks, Caterham, Sutton, Epsom, Kingston upon Thames, Redhill, Weybridge, Woking, Twickenham, Windsor, Slough, Southall, Wembley, Gravesend, Erith, Dartford, Grays, Tilbury, Hornchurch, Romford, Ilford, Barking, Billericay, Basildon, South Benfleet, Canvey Island, Potters Bar, Cheshunt, Enfield, Watford.
Experience / Qualifications:
* Strong track record working as a Pre-Commissioning Engineer within a well-established outfit
* Robust industry technical knowledge, including: BSRIA and ACOP L8 guidelines
* Experience working across a range of client sites
* Good interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently and within teams
* Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
The Role:
* Flushing of LTHW and CHW systems, in line with BSRIA guidelines
* Pre-commissioning cleans on water systems
* Powerflushing and back-flushing
* Chlorinations
* Mains injections
* Checking flow rates
* Producing regular technical service reports
* Adhering to safety guidelines
* Representing the company in a professional manner
