With very reasonable workloads, regular breaks for catchups and coffee with the team this practice does not shy away from offering a supportive and collaborative MDT.
The new role will receive excellent support from a wonderful PCN network and GP Partnership.
Primary Care experience is essential.
Salary - £39,000 - £45,000 per annum FTE + 5 weeks annual leave + NHS pension

Your role -
Practice Nurse from 20 - 30 hours
Two - three days a week
Work autonomously and as part of a team
Oversee all treatment room duties including travel vaccinations, warfarin monitoring, baby and adult imms, vaccinations, smears, wound care, dressings and more
Manage long term conditions including asthma, diabetes and COPD
Primary Care experience - REQUIRMENT
No extended hours!
