We're recruiting on behalf of a highly respected and growing professional services consultancy seeking a proactive Practice Manager to take ownership of the operational heartbeat of the business.
This is a varied and business-critical position that combines operational management, office leadership, compliance coordination, health & safety, IT liaison and business support. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and play a key role in ensuring the organisation operates efficiently, professionally and compliantly.

The Opportunity As Practice Manager, you'll become the central point of coordination for a busy and successful consultancy, supporting both employees and leadership across a broad range of operational activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the day-to-day operation of a modern office environment
Coordinating onboarding and employee inductions
Acting as the key liaison with external IT support providers
Supporting Microsoft 365, SharePoint and internal systems
Maintaining business processes, records and compliance documentation
Supporting internal audits and quality management activities
Coordinating Health & Safety processes and office compliance
Organising meetings, internal events and business activities
Supporting senior leadership with operational and administrative requirements
Ensuring the smooth running of the business's internal support functionsAbout You You'll be someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and naturally spots what needs doing before being asked.
