Multi-Site Practice Manager | West Yorkshire, HQ based in Huddersfield

The People Advisory is supporting a fast-growing, luxury dental brand, with HQ in Huddersfield, as they look to appoint an experienced and hands-on Multi-Site Practice Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business with multiple practices, with scope to develop into a broader multi-site management role as the brand continues to expand.

We’re looking for someone who can lead from the front, maintain exceptionally high standards of patient care, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of premium, state-of-the-art clinical environments.

Strong dental practice management experience

Excellent clinical and compliance knowledge

A hands-on, proactive approach to leadership

The ability to work closely with clinical and commercial teams

High standards and a genuine focus on patient experience

Flexibility to support the practice during particularly busy periods

Hours: Standard hours are 8:30am–5:30pm with a 1-hour lunch, with some flexibility required during busy periods.

Remuneration: Open to discussion – hourly rate or annual salary considered depending on experience.
