Role: Practice Development Support Manager
Contract: Until end Jan 2025
Pay Rate: Annual £30-35k salary.
Office based Hybrid or Remote: Home based with 40% travel expected (national - UK and Ireland)
Must Have UK Drivers Licence and be comfortable with travel on a weekly basis (national)

SRG are working with a leading pharmaceutical company based in Marlow. Our client develop and manufacture an impressive portfolio of aesthetics brands and products.

They are seeking a Practice Development Support Manager to join their team.

This role would suit someone looking to gain experience with account management and who wants to support a journey towards offering increased digital customer support. The CoolSculpting team cover multiple functions from sales, training, business development, and marketing. An ideal candidate would have some experience with these elements, whether that be through study or work.

Job Profile:

To support the CoolSculpting UK&I business by:

Providing remote/virtual support for clinics, including setting up systems access (CoolNet); ordering in-clinic marketing materials; supporting retrieval of data logs from the devices, understanding and dealing with training requests, providing usage figures to clinic managers; securing warranty sales; working with customer services team to resolve issues
Co-ordinating and supporting the running of webinars on various topics including system troubleshooting, before and after photography, front of house training, business topics including marketing, etc. There is also the opportunity to help develop content for future webinars and be the training lead on specific topics (non-clinical).
Supporting the organisation and running of face-to-face training events (consultation, clinical, new starter training) at both head office (Marlow) and 3rd party sites around the UK&I
Preparing and then in field delivery of business reviews under the supervision of the Practice Development Manager team in our large and multi-site chain clinics
In-clinic training (non-clinical) for specific customers e.g. Front of House and Consultation
Data validation when in field - checking system and applicator serial numbers, running system diagnostics and pulling data from the device via USB and uploading to CoolConnect
Management of the shared mailbox to process incoming requests from customers for training and support
Working with the Brand/Product Manager to identify new tools and materials required to support customers
Support the brand manager with maintaining approved materials on the training platform (CoolNet)
