Coordinate and manage all administrative activities related to patient care

Maintain patient records accurately and securely
Process billing and insurance claims, following industry regulations
Assist with the implementation and maintenance of office policies and procedures
Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth operations and quality care delivery???? Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Patient Administrator or in a similar administrative role within a medical setting
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail
Proficient in using medical software and electronic health records (EHR) systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop positive relationships with patients and colleagues
Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and regulations
