Are you experienced influencer marketing manager with a passion for all things beauty? Want to work for brand leader?
This is an awesome role that will see you building advocacy with key opinion leaders and online communities in the UK beauty space.
Tweezerman UK supplies to all major retailers in the UK and Ireland and you'll play a key role in shaping the PR and influencer strategy for the UK and own end to end delivery of campaings.
Role Responsibilities:
PR
Manage and drive the relationship with our external PR agency, supporting the achievement of KPI’s to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Identify and collaborate with partners on both internal and external events and activations to drive brand awareness and exposure.
Out of the box, creative thinking of ways to raise brand awareness and to resonate and engage with key players within the beauty industry.
Ongoing tracking and reporting of all coverage, sharing successes, insights and recommendations.
Work with Marketing Controller to develop, implement and execute an ongoing PR strategy that is aligned with the overall brand, marketing and business strategy.
Influencer Marketing
Research, identify and develop strong relationships with key creators and influencers that are aligned with the Tweezerman brand.
Build and nurture a strong network of brand advocates and their agents.
Contract management: Draft SOWs and manage the delivery of talent agreements.
Co-creation of briefs that deliver inspiring content.
Work with Marketing Controller to develop, implement and execute an ongoing Influencer strategy that is aligned with the overall brand, marketing and business strategy.
Ideation & Planning
Develop a calendar of exciting influencer/PR activity and events that aligns to the wider brand objectives and brings our personality to life.
Collaborate with our colleagues in New York and the wider UK marketing team in the planning and delivery of all activities.
Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and KOLs.
Manage and track budgets and spend, ensuring all activity is costed out and signed off.
About you
You love Social Media and the world of Influencers.
You are a proactive, self-starter and enjoy the buzz of the beauty marketing.
You are comfortable negotiating agreements and managing budgets.
Comfortable with working with the wider marketing team and are happy to be hands on in all aspects of the role and business.
Ideally you will have at least 3 years+ in a similar position.
Excellent communication, teamwork and relationship building skills.
Familiar with influencer management platforms and tools.
Able to demonstrate a real passion, especially for all things ‘Beauty’ with obvious focus on Beauty Tools and Accessories.
Highly motivated, self-starter who is flexible and adaptable.
Must be able to drive and own a car, and live within driving distance to our office in Nottingham
