Are you an experienced administrator ready to move into leadership, or anestablished Team Leader looking for your next challenge? A leading Facilities Management organisation is seeking a PPM Team Leader to manage a team of five administrators supporting Planned Preventative Maintenance activity.

This is a 100% office-based role within a fast-paced operational environment.
The Role As the PPM Team Leader, you’ll:

Lead, motivate and develop a team of five administrators.
Manage workloads, priorities, performance and service levels.
Conduct regular 1-2-1s, performance reviews and coaching.
Oversee day-to-day PPM administration and associated processes.
Coordinate procurement and wider administrative activities.
Monitor operational targets and support month-end reporting.
Produce and analyse performance data using Excel.
Build strong relationships with customers, supply partners and internal teams.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and team performance. You To be successful, you’ll bring:

Previous Team Leader, supervisory or people management experience.
Strong administration experience within a fast-paced environment.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis.
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
Strong communication, coaching and stakeholder management abilities.
A proactive approach to performance and continuous improvement.
PPM, Maximo or Facilities Management experience would be advantageous.
Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance. What's in it for you?

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Working hours of 8:00am–4:30pm or 8:30am–5:00pm.
