£30,000 – £35,000 + Van & Fuel Card
Monday – Friday | Permanent
Are you a PPM Engineer, Fabric Engineer or Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a mobile role across the North West?
We are recruiting for a PPM Engineer to join a growing maintenance team, carrying out planned maintenance and compliance checks across a portfolio of commercial sites.
This is a varied role covering HVAC PPMs, water hygiene, emergency lighting, basic M&E checks and general fabric maintenance.
The Role
As a PPM Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
*
Basic HVAC maintenance and filter cleans/changes
*
Emergency lighting checks and testing
*
Water temperature monitoring and flushing
*
Water hygiene and Legionella-related checks
*
General mechanical and electrical checks
*
Minor fabric and building maintenance
*
Identifying and reporting remedial works
*
Completing PPM records and job sheets
*
Liaising with customers and site contacts
What We're Looking For
We're interested in hearing from candidates with experience as a:
PPM Engineer | Fabric Engineer | Maintenance Engineer | Multi-Skilled Engineer | Building Maintenance Engineer | Facilities Maintenance Engineer
You should ideally have:

Previous FM, PPM or building maintenance experience
*
Good general knowledge of building services
*
Basic HVAC knowledge
*
Water hygiene / Legionella experience beneficial
*
Emergency lighting experience beneficial
*
General M&E knowledge
*
Good practical maintenance skills
*
Full UK driving licence
You don't need to be a fully qualified electrician or HVAC engineer. We're looking for someone with a good all-round maintenance background who is comfortable carrying out routine PPM and compliance tasks.
