Smile Education is working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in the Cannock area to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated PPA Teacher.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and Qualified teacher who enjoys working across different year groups, delivering engaging lessons and making a positive impact on children's learning and development.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a PPA Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging and creative lessons across a range of primary year groups.
Cover classes during teachers' Planning, Preparation and Assessment (PPA) time.
Follow prepared lesson plans and ensure continuity of learning.
Create a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of pupils of different abilities.
Maintain positive behaviour and encourage pupils to achieve their full potential.
Work collaboratively with teaching staff and the wider school team.
The ideal candidate will have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting.
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
The ability to confidently teach across different primary year groups.
A flexible, organised and adaptable approach.
A genuine passion for teaching and helping children succeed.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
