School Information: A two-form entry primary and nursery school in Nottingham City with a fantastic reputation are recruiting for a PPA cover teacher. Job Description:

The ideal candidate for the role of PPA Teacher will:

Have experience and success in teaching in KS2
Be a consistently good primary teacher with high expectations for all children
Drive forward pupil progress and achievement
Be passionate about teaching and learning, making a difference to every child
Work effectively as part of a team, communicate well, plan high-quality learning experiences, and share skills with colleagues
Be flexible, use own initiative, and have excellent behaviour management strategies
Be energetic, enthusiastic, and creative
Be willing to go the extra mile to ensure children have diverse learning experiences

Job Duties: Teaching KS2, driving pupil progress, planning high-quality learning experiences, behaviour management, contributing to team efforts

Required Qualifications: PGCE, QTS

Education: Degree in Education or relevant field

Experience: Successful teaching experience in KS2

Knowledge and Skills: Excellent behaviour management, strong communication, creativity, flexibility, energy

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a similar role, additional teaching certifications

Working Conditions: Full-time contract, 2.5 days per week, dynamic and inclusive school environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
