Mobile Powered Access Engineer
Up to £52,000 + Guaranteed Overtime + £1,200 Bonus + Van & Fuel Card | South East
Alecto Recruitment is working with a leading powered access specialist who is looking for experienced Mobile Powered Access Engineers to join their growing team.
If you're an experienced engineer looking for excellent earning potential, guaranteed overtime and a fully equipped company van, this could be your next move.
The Role
You'll be field-based across the South East, servicing, repairing and inspecting a wide range of powered access equipment, including MEWPs, scissor lifts, cherry pickers, mast lifts and telehandlers.
You'll carry out:
- Servicing, maintenance and breakdown repairs
- Mechanical, hydraulic and electrical fault-finding
- LOLER inspections
- Diagnostics and preventative maintenance
- Customer site visits and technical support
- Accurate service and inspection reporting
About You
We're looking for an experienced Powered Access Engineer, Plant Engineer, Field Service Engineer or Heavy Plant Fitter with:
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical skills
- Experience with powered access or similar equipment
- Full UK driving licence
- IPAF qualification, or willingness to obtain
- LOLER experience is desirable
- Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service
