Description:

We're currently seeking two experienced Power System Studies Engineers to support major international onshore energy projects.

Key Details

Start: ASAP
Rate: £65 per hour (Outside IR35)
Location: Surrey
Working Pattern: 4 days onsite / 1 day remotePurpose of the Role

You'll be providing power system studies support for onshore projects, working closely with project teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality engineering studies.

Scope of Work

Running and reviewing power system studies
Equipment sizing and system analysis
Overseeing third-party study vendors
Delivering studies using EMT softwareSkills & Experience Required

Captive power generation, with or without grid connection
Studies will include equipment sizing, load flow, short circuit, dynamic motor starting, harmonic studies, arc flash & transient stability
Tasks will include running power system studies and overseeing third party vendors
Provide power system studies for projects including EMT software.
Intermediate know-how using ETAP software
