What You Will Do: 

- Create and maintain electrical efficiency requirements that are clear, actionable, and traceable through the product lifecycle.

- Write and own test cases to validate authored requirements, ensuring they remain accurate as programmes evolve.

- Act as the primary liaison within EEM, representing the customer perspective across engineering functions and driving shared understanding.

- Track requirement changes, assess impacts on existing and future vehicle programmes, and communicate updates effectively.

- Support cross-functional alignment using requirements management tools such as Dassault TRM or IBM DOORS, where relevant.

- Maintain compliance and consistency of requirements through V-model/system engineering processes.

What You Will Bring:

- Proven experience writing and managing technical requirements, including maintaining traceability over time.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting requirements to different teams.

- Familiarity with systems engineering principles and V-model development approaches.

- Experience using requirements management tools, such as Dassault TRM or IBM DOORS (or an equivalent platform).

- A degree or postgraduate qualification in an engineering discipline.
