Job Title: Power BI Developer/Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer/Engineer to create a suite of reports from our diverse business units. This role involves developing a robust data warehouse and visualization stack on the Azure cloud platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design Power BI reports and dashboards for three business units across multiple countries.
- Have proven experience building solutions that integrate data from multiple ERP systems: knowledge of the following would be highly desirable - SAP Business 1, Business Central (Indigo), and Lake View LV.
- Build and maintain data pipelines to ensure efficient and accurate data flow from source systems to the data warehouse and Power BI reports.
- Utilize direct database connections, API integrations, and manual exports to aggregate and visualize data.
- Conduct comprehensive mapping and integration of data from multiple ERP systems, enhancing basic mappings.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
- Advise and challenge assumptions to ensure the most efficient and effective data solutions.
- Design and implement a data warehouse on Azure to support reporting needs.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting and visualization activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role.
- Strong expertise in developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Proficient in SQL and data modeling.
- Experience with Azure cloud services, including data warehousing solutions.
- Experience in building and maintaining data pipelines using tools such as Azure Data Factory, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to conduct comprehensive data mapping and integration.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders across different countries.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience working with multi-country and multi-system data integration projects.
- Experience in building data warehouses and designing data architecture on Azure.
- Familiarity with the ERP systems mentioned (SAP Business 1, Business Central, Lake View LV) is a plus.
- Ability to work with basic system mappings and enhance them to provide actionable insights and improvements.
- Experience with data visualization best practices and BI tools beyond Power BI is a plus
