Salary of £36,400
Monday to Thursday 7am to 4pm, Friday 7am to 1pm

As a Powder Coating Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

Supervising and leading a team on the powder coating line
Estimating powder usage and managing stock accordingly
Communicating and coordinating with other supervisors to keep production on track
Carrying out hands-on powder coating work yourself when needed
Performing hands-on maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently
Maintaining quality and output standards across the team
As a Powder Coating Supervisor, your experience will include:

Proven hands-on powder coating experience, confident picking up a gun and getting stuck in
Previous supervisory or team leading experience
Strong estimating skills, particularly around powder usage
A genuine can-do attitude and willingness to lead by example
Practical maintenance skills
Good communication skills across departments
