The Company
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established powder coating business based in Leicester. Due to continued demand, they are looking for an experienced Powder Coater to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Role
* Powder coating of metal components to a high and consistent finish
* Surface preparation — shot blasting, cleaning, masking, and priming
* Loading and unloading of paint lines and setting ovens for curing
* Post-production quality inspection
* Maintaining a clean, safe working environment in line with H&S standards
The Candidate
* Previous powder coating experience — essential
* Knowledge of surface preparation processes
* Strong attention to detail and quality conscious
* Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a production environment
