Pay & Shifts:
* Monday to Friday (39 hours per week)
* £13.00 to £15.00 per hour (From £27,040 per annum)
What you’ll be doing:
* Preparing equipment and surfaces for painting and powder coating
* Spraying primers and top coats to achieve smooth, durable finishes
* Mixing paints and powders accurately, following strict specifications
* Inspecting finished items to meet quality and health & safety standards
* Maintaining tools and spray equipment in excellent condition
* Working closely with the production team to meet deadlines efficiently
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in powder coating or spray painting in a manufacturing or industrial environment
* Basic mechanical knowledge to understand equipment and processes
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
* Basic maths skills for accurate measuring and mixing
* A proactive, team-focused approach
