Description:
We are looking for experienced powder coaters to work with our client, a well-established sheet metal manufacturing company producing high-quality components and finished products for a wide range of industries.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare sheet metal components for powder coating, including cleaning, masking, and hanging parts.
* Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently.
* Apply powder coatings to achieve high-quality finishes.
* Monitor coating thickness and finish quality.
* Load and unload curing ovens.
* Conduct visual inspections and quality checks on finished products.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area.
* Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
* Work closely with production and quality teams to meet delivery schedules.
You must have proven powder coating experience.
