Are you an experienced Poultry Farm Manager looking for a new challenge in the poultry industry? We are seeking a dedicated Poultry Farm Manager to oversee our client’s farm in Norfolk. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company who has a pristine reputation in the poultry world.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the farm, including hands-on involvement in production activities.
Supervise and support a team, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to company policies.
Authorise and process timesheets, manage working hours, and conduct performance reviews.
Lead team meetings and organise training sessions on biosecurity, welfare, and health & safety.
Oversee stock management, ordering supplies, and cost control.
Implement company policies and drive continuous improvement projects. Qualifications:

At least two years of management experience in a comparable environment.
Strong planning and organisational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Knowledge of livestock breeding operations and biosecurity.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team. Benefits:
