Job Type: Contract, 3 days per week
Location: South London
Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule possessions and access to the railway infrastructure
Coordinate with different teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of works
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
Create possession plans and associated documentation
Monitor possession progress and make necessary adjustments
Communicate with relevant parties regarding any changes or updates to the planned possessions
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to possessions
Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during possessions
Requirements:
Experience in possession planning
Knowledge of SSOWP (Safe System of Work Planning)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent attention to detail
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
