Role: Portfolio Reporting & Information Specialist
Location: London (3 days/week on site)
IR35: Inside
Rate: £(Apply online only)/day (Umbrella)
Duration: 6 Months
The Role:
* Lead the required portfolio-level reporting process, including sourcing, reviewing, and preparing reporting information for periodic and quarterly governance reviews, and other ad-hoc reports where required
* Drive portfolio reports production to time, developing an efficient reporting cycle and holding individuals to account for achieving the cycle and drumbeat
* Delivering reports and to a high standard, reviewing reports to make sure they are internally consistent, challenging reporting inputs where required, and appropriately identifying and presenting the key progress, risks and issues to highlight items as appropriate for management / audience attention
* Engage with / run page turns with senior leadership team to discuss any issues prior to report finalisation.
* Work with report contributors to continuously improve portfolio reporting (quality and process)
* Maintain established Project Performance Reporting (PPR) system and KPI Reporting pack for use by Programme Controls Director.
* Provide PPR reporting via Oracle Projects.
* Maintain baseline integrity of P3e programmes in the business plan and track change and performance across assets.
* Support the development and implementation of Oracle Change Management requests.
* Provide advisory service to Infrastructure Investment on Oracle Projects.
* Point of contact for advice to Infrastructure Investment on information management systems post “go-live” and CCMS.
Essential
* Degree or HND equivalent in construction or engineering related subject.
* Relevant successful experience in the management, planning and delivery of major construction and engineering projects.
* A knowledge of programme and project controls processes and systems.
Desirable
* Experience of Project Controls
* Six Sigma Green Belt.
