Description:

Do you have experience delivering on board ETCS technology or rolling stock modification programmes?
Are you ready to lead a nationally significant passenger rail transformation programme?
Contract: 12 months
Location: King's Cross - three days per week onsite
IR35: Inside IR35
Rate: £500 - £527 Umbrella
We are recruiting a Lead Portfolio Manager to oversee projects delivering ETCS fitment and upgrades across the national passenger train fleet.
Key Responsibilities
·Establish and oversee ETCS onboard fitment projects.
·Implement the passenger fleet deployment strategy.
·Align fleet plans, operator readiness and deployment milestones.
·Manage governance, risks, dependencies and approvals.
·Coordinate engineering, operational and programme stakeholders.
Essential Experience
·Delivery of onboard ETCS or digital railway technology.
·Rolling stock modification programme experience.
·Strong project engineering and portfolio delivery experience.
·Experience working in complex, regulated environments
