A leading name within the world of private equity real estate is actively looking to add additional support to their already impressive loan portfolio management team in London.
Keen to speak with analytical, bright, analysts and associates who have experience of working within the commercial real estate finance market. We anticipate those who would be most desirable and suited will currently be involved in portfolio management either with a credit fund, investment bank, or somewhere similiar where you will have gained first hand experience of the role and tasks associated.
The role will involve working across a host of commercial real estate loans, debt focused, and covering international jurisdictions.
As an Associate you will play a key role in taking responsibility for monitoring the ongoing performance of investments across the Real Estate loan book.
Applications welcomed from those who are naturally strong with analysing financials & using Excel.
