Porter/Caretaker
Mon to Fri 10.30am-7.30pm plus alternate Sats 8am-12pm

£29,000, 22 days annual holiday
This permanent role is based at a large gated private residential estate in West Hampstead. The residents are looking for an active multi tasker who will take responsibility for the day to day security checks, maintenance, smooth running and cleanliness of the buildings and grounds of the development. Not only will the role include parcel and key management, maintain, manage and update a schedule of all service contractors visits, liaise with residents and undertake some admin duties in the office but also to conduct regular walks of the development and communal areas of the buildings. Duties will also include fire safety checks, remove refuse and recycling on a daily basis, disinfect bins and bin storage rooms monthly, cleaning of the internal communal areas of the buildings including vacuuming, polishing and dusting, light bulb replacements and minor maintenance tasks. The right candidate for the role will have a strong proven track record of working alone unsupervised in a position of trust. Must have a great sense of responsibility, self-motivation and organisational skills, excellent English communication skills and great customer service skills to provide the residents with the best level of support for managing their estate
