Porters - Preston (PR3)
Pay: £14.36 per hour (includes £1.55 holiday pay)
FULL-TIME HOURS - 37.5HRS a week
Must be able to commit to full-time work for the next 12 weeks.
Shifts: 8am - 4pm | Monday - Friday
About the role
We're looking for a Porter to join our team for shifts in Preston. Please note, you must complete a DBS Standard for this position (free of charge).
In this role, your responsibilities may include:
* Removing equipment from wards/departments
* Accept Linen Deliveries
* Ensuring correct records are maintained.
* Assisting with general cleaning, maintenance, and tidying tasks.
* Supporting staff and teams with day-to-day operational needs.
* Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained at all times.
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months’ experience working as a Porter.
* Must be 18 or over and have the right to work in the UK.
* Able to lift up to 25kg.
* Must complete a DBS Standard for this position (free of charge).
* Comfortable with lifting tasks.
* Team player.
* Excellent communication skills.
