Description:

We're in search of a proficient and seasoned Polish-speaking Accountant to become part of our client's growing team. The perfect candidate will demonstrate a robust grasp of accounting principles and procedures, coupled with expertise in tax compliance, reporting, and client relations. Our client is a reputable, rapidly expanding company known for its supportive work culture, employee-friendly environment, abundant progression opportunities, and virtually non-existent turnover

Responsibilities:

Preparation and finalization of statutory accounts.
Tax computation and submission of returns to HMRC for various business structures.
Analysis and interpretation of financial data for client management and business development.
Correspondence management with HMRC, Companies House, and other relevant parties.
Bookkeeping and completion of VAT Returns.
Client interaction and issue resolution.
Maintaining successful client relationship management through meetings and communication.
Timely compliance with deadlines and client requests.
Management of a dedicated client portfolio.
Skills and Qualifications:

A-levels in Maths and English.
Degree in Accounting or related field (AAT, ACCA, or equivalent).
Minimum of 3 years' experience in an accounting role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
Experience with tax compliance and reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proactive and self-motivated.
Proficiency in Polish (desirable but not mandatory).
Knowledge of QuickBooks, Sage, and Excel preferred.
