Description:
Purpose
To undertake all duties required in processing all long term voids, policy voids and fire damaged properties.
To undertake Line Management of specified members of the Voids Team To be accountable for the following:
- Line Management of 6 Officers
- Specifying works to be undertaken in properties assigned
- Procurement
– allocating work to In-house and Contractors
- Finance & budgeting
- Cost control
- Quality of Work To manage contractors, In-house labour, consultants and suppliers to facilitate high levels of service delivery. (approx. 40-60)
