PMS ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER - DATA CENTRES
Manchester (Hybrid - 2-3 days in office)
6 Month Initial Contract
ASAP Start
Outside IR35

I'm currently supporting a global data centre design consultancy that is looking to bring on an experienced PMS Electrical Design Engineer to support multiple hyperscale and mission-critical projects across the globe.

Key Experience Required:
* Power Management Systems (PMS)
* Electrical design engineering background
* High voltage systems experience
* Modbus (RTU & TCP)
* IEC61850 & GOOSE Messaging
* Vendor agnostic systems knowledge

System Exposure:
* Schneider Electric
* ABB
* Siemens

Software Experience:
* AutoCAD
* Revit
* ETAP

The role will involve supporting projects through RIBA Stages 2-4 while managing client relationships from concept through delivery alongside dedicated electrical, mechanical, PMS, and BMS engineering teams.

The client is a rapidly growing specialist consultancy delivering data centre projects globally, with continued UK expansion planned.
