PMO Lead - Data & Transformation
West Yorkshire - Hybrid Working
£50,000-£55,000 + Benefits
We're looking for an experienced PMO professional to join a growing organisation undergoing a significant data and transformation programme.
This is a key role supporting programme delivery, improving governance and reporting, and working closely with delivery, commercial and senior stakeholder teams.
You'll be responsible for:
Governance, reporting and financial tracking
Supporting programme assurance, RAID and risk management
Identifying and implementing improvements to PMO processes
Supporting consistent ways of working across projects and programmes
Working with delivery teams to improve reporting and visibility
Supporting the adoption and effective use of project management toolsWe're looking for someone with:
Experience within PMO, portfolio, programme or project management
Strong governance, reporting and assurance experience
Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
Experience improving processes and ways of working
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience using Jira or similar project management toolsExperience within healthcare, public sector or another complex/regulated environment would be advantageous.
