They are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented PMO Coordinator to support their large client. As a PMO Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the coordination and management of project activities, ensuring the smooth execution of projects within the agreed scope, timeline, and budget. This role is being offered on an initial 6-month contract with the potential to extend. Working fully remote, there will be the occasional need to attend the office in London, and you will also be required to attend the client's offices in Austria for an initial 2-week induction, which will be fully expensed.

Responsibilities include:

Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation of meeting minutes.
Support project managers in tracking project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a PMO Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a client-facing capacity.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practises.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
