Additional Challenges: Physical or sensory impairments, limited verbal abilities

Type: Full-time

Salary: £150-£220 per day (Salary dependent on experience)

PMLD Teacher Needed in Newham School!

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic PMLD Teacher to join our client school and help us continue to make a positive impact on the students' lives.

As a PMLD Teacher, you will have the opportunity to:

Work with a diverse and dynamic team of educators, therapists, and support staff committed to excellence in special education.

Create and implement tailored learning plans to meet the individual needs of students with PMLD, fostering their development and independence.

Utilize innovative teaching strategies and assistive technologies to engage students and enhance their learning experiences.

Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and external agencies to ensure holistic support for students both inside and outside the classroom.

Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture that celebrates diversity and promotes a sense of belonging for all.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience working with students with PMLD.
Strong understanding of PMLD and experience implementing specialized teaching techniques and strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for creating inclusive learning environments.
